United Power Looking for Recipes for Round-Up

Submit Your Recipes for Round-Up

United Power’s Operation Round-Up foundation, which helps United Power members in emergency financial distress, is seeing an unprecedented number of applications for assistance. In order to help more United Power members, your electric co-op is putting together a cookbook comprised of recipes by you—our members. Please share your recipes to be published in this very unique cookbook. We’re looking for family favorites, family secrets, potluck stand-bys, breakfasts for two or twenty, original concoctions, recipes you’ve adapted, and everything in between!

The cookbooks will be available just in time for the holidays. Give a gift that gives back this year!

Electronic entries are preferred. Please submit your recipes here. Neatly printed recipes can be submitted via mail to: United Power Recipes, PO BOX 929, Brighton, CO 80601. Please submit recipes by August 31, 2009.

Operation Round-Up is funded by United Power members who elect to ‘round-up’ their monthly electric bills to the next whole dollar.
