Outage Affects Customers Adjacent to Larkridge

About 390 customers just east of the Larkridge Shopping Center at Hwy. 7 and I-25 , and south of WCR 2, were affected by an outage caused by failure of protection equipment on the system. The outage began about approximately 10:43 a.m., and customers service was distributed for about 2.5 hours. Crews were on site immediately and began switching service when a cause was not identified quickly. Line crews remain on site to continue making repairs.

Customers are reminded to call our outage line at 303-637-1350 and follow the automated commands. This allows us to quickly assess the areas affected, and allows us to follow up to assure that service has been restored.
