News4/13/2010 Be Careful With Your Private Information – Call Us If You Have Questions
A United Power customer reported that she was contacted regarding her utility bill. The caller claimed that this customer’s bill was delinquent, and that she needed to make a payment to avoid disconnection. The caller offered to accept a payment for a fee of $4.95.
United Power would like to caution customers to not give out any personal information via the phone or internet - unless you have initiated the contact. If you need information about your account, please use our secure Ebill site, or contact our office at 303-659-0551. There is never a charge to pay your bill utilizing any of our Ebill services. To access our Ebill site please be certain you are at our home page, www.unitedpower.com, and click on the Ebill link in the upper right hand corner.
