A United Power customer reported that she was contacted regarding her utility bill. The caller claimed that this customer’s bill was delinquent, and that she needed to make a payment to avoid disconnection. The caller offered to accept a payment for a fee of $4.95.

United Power would like to caution customers to not give out any personal information via the phone or internet - unless you have initiated the contact. If you need information about your account, please use our secure Ebill site, or contact our office at 303-659-0551. There is never a charge to pay your bill utilizing any of our Ebill services.
