Workshop Features Renewable Energy Options

United Power customers are invited to a free workshop that will discuss the different renewable technologies, and help you understand the pros and cons of every option for your home. Featured at the workshop will be discussions about wind power, solar power/solar hot water, and geothermal heat pumps. All of these are considered to be 'renewable', but what is the best choice for your location, your energy needs, and your budget?

Attendees to the workshop will learn how each technology works, how much you can expect to spend on the system and how much is will save on your energy bill. We'll also share information about available rebates and tax credits, which can help you offset the cost of the new systems.

The event is planned for Thursday, May 20th. It is being held at the Anthem Del Webb Sales Pavilion, located at 16583 Las Brisas Drive in Broomfield. The workshop will run from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
