To Sign Up for
Paperless Billing

  1. Click on
  2. Login or register to view your account.
  3. Select Stop/Start Print Bill (located on the left side of the screen).
  4. Uncheck the accounts you would like paperless and click Update.
  5. Enjoy the contribution you’re making to your local state parks!

Paperless Billing

United Power members who no longer wish to receive a printed bill in the mail can now sign up for Paperless Billing.

To sign up for Paperless Billing, call our Customer Service department at 303-637-1300 or click on e-bill at the top of our homepage.

If you are not currently an e-bill user, the registration process is simple and allows you immediate access to view your account details, make payments online, make account updates and sign up for services like Paperless Billing—all with the click of a mouse.

Once you have logged into to e-bill, select Stop/Start Print Bill from the menu on the left, review the four acknowledgment statements, uncheck the accounts that you want to become paperless and click update. A printed bill will no longer be mailed to you and you will receive an e-mail notification when your statement is available.
