EV Charger Rebate Information

Public Networked Level 2 EV Chargers

  • Must be accessible to the general public. Private installations do not qualify.
  • Member is responsible for ensuring all local and national building and electrical codes are met.
  • EV charging equipment is required to be network capable.
  • One rebate per installed charger; multiple charge connectors/ports associated with a single charger do not qualify for multiple rebates.
  • Rebates are subject to an aggregated $10,000 annual cap per member.

Application Requirements

  • Itemized receipt with EV charging equipment and electric service installation details including model numbers and cost.
  • Rebates are paid to the United Power member. Applications cannot be submitted by contractors on behalf of members.

Rebate Amount

  • 50% of cost, maximum $2,000
