You must receive permanent electric service from United Power to qualify for rebates. REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 90 DAYS OF PURCHASE. Submission of application does not guarantee rebate. Appliance Rebates and Recycling Credits will be issued as a credit on your electric bill. Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for rebate processing. United Power reserves the right to inspect and verify appliance installation to process rebate request. 

Appliance Rebate Application Checklist:

• Complete rebate application form
• Upload copy of purchase receipt - circle purchase date and model number
• Upload copy of yellow EnergyGuide tag to verify Energy Star purchases
• Upload photo of induction stove installation

Refrigerator Recycling Credit Application Checklist:

• Complete rebate application form
• Upload proof of retailer haul away and/or recycling receipt
