After settling on a finalized territory agreement with Public Service Company of Colorado (PSCo), United Power acquires the Platte Valley division from PSCo and adds over 6,000 new members with the inclusion of Fort Lupton, Hudson, Keenesburg, and the surrounding rural areas.
