A historic bomb cyclone slams into Colorado, bringing hurricane force winds and blizzard conditions to the service area. At the height of the storm, just over 10,000 members were without power. Activation of more than 50 linemen working through treacherous conditions and new technology that allowed for restoration from the office minimized the number of lengthy outages for affected members.
