Paperless BillingSave Trees with Paperless Billing
United Power members who no longer wish to receive a printed bill in the mail can sign up for paperless billing. If you have not registered an online account, the process is simple and allows you immediate access to view your account details, make payments online, make account updates, and sign up for services like Paperless Billing — all with the click of a mouse.
Once you are enrolled in Paperless Billing, a paper bill will no longer be mailed to you. You will receive an e-mail notification when your statement is available, and you can pay by the method most convenient for you: online, by phone, or in person. Add Auto Pay to your account to have your payment automatically deducted each month.

Payment KiosksMake Simple Payments Quickly
United Power operates four payment kiosk locations throughout its service territory.
Kiosks accept the following payment methods:
Cash
Check
Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover
Kiosks do not accept cashier's checks or money orders. Please mail this form of payment to the address on your payment coupon or present them in person or in the drop box at our Brighton office.
Payments that Post Immediately
To use a kiosk, have your United Power account number (found on your billing statement) and form of payment ready. Cash and credit card payments made at a United Power kiosk are applied to your account immediately with no processing fees. Accounts subject to disconnection are restored immediately upon payment.
Set Up Your Fast Pass for Quick Access
To make your transactions faster, there is an option to set up a "Fast Pass," which will be prompted once you complete a successful transaction. You will create a 4-digit PIN and receive a printed barcode. Bring your barcode next time you visit a United Power payment kiosk, select "Fast Pass" and quickly find your account with the barcode/PIN or the phone number you used when setting up your Fast Pass.
Please be careful to enter the correct phone and account numbers when making a payment because your Fast Pass will reflect these numbers exactly as you input them.

The Power Portal gives members the ability to view in-depth energy use data to analyze consumption patterns, mark changes in behavior to monitor effectiveness, and export usage data for further analysis.

With Pay As You Go, you pay for your electricity before you use it — the same way you pay for gas or groceries. You have the flexibility to choose payment dates and amounts that work best for your budget. You’ll receive notifications if your account is running low, and you can log in to make payments and check your balance any time of the day.

Public Safety DemonstrationsSafety is Our First Priority
United Power provides no-cost safety demonstrations to schools and local organization to raise awareness of the dangers of electricity. Using a variety of different scenarios, our special demonstrations teach these dangers and how to deal with situations when electricity is involved.
Rebates & ProgramsAll rebate requests must be returned within 90 days of installation. For some rebates, an inspection report signed by a United Power Representative may be required in order to qualify. Members are encouraged to review program details carefully.
