Board Meeting Information

In accordance with state law and cooperative policy, United Power Board meetings are open to all members. Members wishing to attend a Board meeting should contact the executive administrator by email no later than 3:00 p.m. on the day before the Board meeting date.

Photography and/or video of any kind is strictly prohibited during any United Power Board or Member meeting. The Board Chair manages the meetings, and can, in her/his discretion, seek removal of any person who does not comply with this requirement or any portion of the cooperative’s bylaws or policies during the meeting.

Agendas will be posted at least 10 days before each board meeting, when possible.
