Board Meeting Information

If you wish to observe a Board meeting, please contact the Executive Administrative Assistant no later than 3:00 p.m. on the day before the Board meeting date by emailing the executive administrator.

Photography and/or video of any kind is strictly prohibited during any United Power Board or Member meeting. The Board Chair manages the meetings, and can, in her/his discretion, seek removal of any person who violates this restriction or any Bylaws or Policies of United Power during the meeting.

Agendas will be posted at least 10 days before each board meeting, when possible.
