Update 2:00 p.m.: The cause of the outage is likely an underground fault. Lineworkers are actively troubleshooting to locate the fault's approximate location so they can begin repairs and restore power to members.
About half of the members impacted have been restored. Crews are working line by line, and some members may notice their power cycle on and off as testing is being conducted. Crews are working diligently to ensure power is restored as quickly and safely as possible.
