Repairs have been completed and members have been restored, closing the outage at 7:00 p.m.

Crews are on site working to replace the piece of equipment that failed and close the outage. There are approximately 1,600 members who remain without power. Rest assured United Power crews are working diligently to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.

United Power has been able to restore power to many of the members affected by the outage. Crews are working to close the last feeder outage, which is currently affecting approximately 1,800 members in Brighton.

Line crews discovered a large piece of equipment had failed while investigating the outage. They are working to make repairs now and restore power to affected members.

United Power is aware of a large outage in Brighton and Lochbuie. The outage began at approximately 3:45 p.m. and is affecting approximately 8,300 members. Crews are investigating the cause of the outage and working to restore power to members as quickly and safely as possible.
